Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi 11 5G specifications, launch timeline, and price in India have been tipped to 91mobiles by retail sources. As the name would suggest, the handset will be a 5G offering – the first in the company’s numeric series lineup. The upcoming Redmi smartphone will rock a 5G-capable MediaTek chipset and pack a 90Hz refresh rate screen. The Redmi 11 5G specifications will also include a 50MP dual rear camera setup, 5,000mAh battery, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and more. Redmi 11 5G is likely to hit the Indian shores in Q2 2022, i.e. by the end of June. There is no word on the launch date yet. That said, the Redmi 11 5G price in India will be set at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.

Coming to the specifications, the Redmi 11 5G will flaunt a 6.58-inch FHD+display whose LCD panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate. At the heart of the device will lie a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The latter should be further expandable via a microSD card. The handset will be driven by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

Moving to the optics, the Redmi 11 5G is expected to sport a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP secondary sensor. Up front, it’s said to pack a 5MP snapper to take care of the selfie and video calling needs. Lastly, the Redmi 11 5G will come in at 9mm thickness, run Android-based MIUI skin out of the box, and ship with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
