New Galaxy S23 price leak ranges from US$799 for entry-level model to right up to US$1,499 for a fully kitted-out S23 Ultra

There isn't much left to discover about the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, given almost everything about it has leaked. The only missing piece of the puzzle, its price, has also been hinted at by a report. Twitter leaker RGCloudS has now expanded upon previous rumours with an in-depth breakdown about how much the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra could cost.

• Galaxy S23 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage: US$799
• Galaxy S23 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage: US$849

This make the Galaxy S23 US$100 cheaper than its earlier starting price of US$899. It does, however, come at the cost of Wi-Fi 7, which will supposedly be exclusive to the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Wi-Fi 6 and UWB (ultra-wideband) tech will be supported on all three models. Next up, its Plus variant will cost the following.

• Galaxy S23+ 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage: US$999
• Galaxy S23+ 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage: US$1,049

There seems to be no mention of the 512 GB storage variant of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ in this list even though its existence is confirmed by at least two renowned leakers (Snoopy Tech and Ahmed Qwaider). That leaves us with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and as expected, it cost a fair bit of money.

RGclouds adds shipments for the 1 TB storage variant could be delayed by anywhere between two to six weeks. The same applies to colourways exclusive to the Samsung store. The leaker also states these prices are tentative and could change closer to Galaxy Unpacked, which is scheduled to happen on February 1.

One can save US$50 by pre-ordering the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra on Samsung's website. It can be bought down further via Samsung's exchange program, although the value offered for smartphones -even high-end ones- varies greatly by region. For example, one would get a lot more credit for their last-gen Galaxy S22 Ultra in the United States/Europe than in India.
