PlayStation Plus Premium Schedule Announced, New Countries Added

PlayStation Plus Premium Schedule

SIE CEO Jim Ryan has announced an update for Sony’s new service, with the PlayStation Plus Premium schedule now revealed for interested players worldwide! In addition, new countries were also added to the initial rollout, and you can check if it will be available in your location via the announcement below.

The announcement was made over on the original post regarding the all-new PlayStation Plus Premium, which now includes the rollout schedule and additional countries where it will be available. First up, we have the schedule, as  Ryan announced that the Asian market will get to experience it earlier (except for Japan):

  • Asia markets (excluding Japan) – targeting May 23, 2022
  • Japan – targeting June 1, 2022
  • Americas – targeting June 13, 2022
  • Europe – targeting June 22, 2022

Take note that targeting means that the dates are not set in stone, and could change at a whim. That said, there are now 30 countries for the upcoming launch of the service, with the addition of these locations:

  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Malta
  • Poland
  • Republic of Cyprus
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
